Best ISP out there. I was with them back in 2013. Move MTN some other ISP as well but never ever got the service like Afrihost.... Solved a problem in an hour that other ISPs could not solve in a week. Really happy

I have been using Afrihost for a number of years (Fibre via Frogfoot) and have now added Airmobile to the mix. Any issues / queries are resolved efficiently via a dedicated WhatsApp chat with a real person (lol) and not a bot. The only problem I have is that if there is an issue after hours, on weekends or public holidays then one can't get the problem resolved until normal working hours resume. Though I must say this has happened few and far between and is sometimes resolved before the need to contact them. I still rate them 5 stars though.

Afrihost a Company mannaging our Vodacom Fibre Internet service is a fantastic service provider. Our dealings with them over the years we use them just grew and get better every time we need to ask them to assist. Went online yesterday on a hunch looking for fibre. Afrihost popped up I took a chance and so glad I did. We were kept informed throughout the day. Installation was done today by OpenServe Nelspruit. Technician was super nice and so fast. Just waiting for the rooter but damn so impressed with the service so far. I think this was the fastest service I have received in a long time. Will recommend!!
