No waiting for 40 mins on a call to eventually not have your issues solved like my previous isp. Afrihost whatsapp chat is easy to use and responses are quick. And calling in on the toll free line gets you connected to knowledgeable technical staff that actually understands tech jargon.

I've never had any connection issues with afrihost since joining their fibre network, but when I had a connection hiccup they where fast in responding and I ended up getting the issue resolved via WhatsApp. Linda M was very patient and understood everything I tried to explain. He/She guided me step by step through text and the issue was sorted in no time. I'm very impressed. Great client service! Well done.

Afrihost has been my go-to isp for more than 10yrs, just ordered a new fibre line and patiently waiting for installation while knowing the services and help they offer is always very professional and quick

Got a pleasant surprise from Afrihost! I'm on a Fibre package and my internet speed was increased at no extra charge! And this was for all subscribers I think 😅 Happy Holidays Afrihost Team!!!!!

I see alot of businesses are using whatsapp for support. I hate it due to the response time and the typing. However I dealt with Susan from Afrihost and she responded timeously and resolved my issue almost immediately.
